nLIGHT Launches Pearl(TM) Product Series Optimized for Low-Power Materials Processing
Industrial diode lasers optimized to reduce cost and size for plastic welding and
soldering applications
Vancouver, WA USA January 21, 2009 - nLIGHT Corporation (nLIGHT) announced today the
introduction of Pearl(TM) fiber-coupled diode laser products specifically designed for industrial applications such as plastic welding and soldering that require bright power in a small, rugged package.
nLIGHT's Pearl(TM) fiber-coupled diode laser series with nXLT(TM) single emitter diodes has
redefined industry benchmarks for reliability and efficiency. Pearl(TM) comes standard with a two year warranty and can be configured for a four year warranty.
Configurations are available at 915, 940 and 980 nanometer (nm) wavelengths with up to 100 watts (W) power from 200 to 800 micron (µm) PowerCore(TM) fiber. An optional pilot beam is also available.
