The CoroCut 3 brings a third cutting edge to the shallow parting of tubes, bars and grooving operations. The extremely small parting widths in .079", 059" and .039" will reduce the raw material usage considerably.
Secured by a unique clamping solution, the user friendly CoroCut 3 guarantees accurate location combined with tight indexing tolerances to help produce workpieces with very close length tolerances. Two dedicated insert geometries ensure peak performance and excellent surface finish in all workpiece materials. The very same holder can be used for all insert widths giving maximum versatility.
