Piezo Technology, Inc. introduces new 38.88 MHz ASIC-based TCXO for Digital Switching Applications
The XO3091-004 is a new ASIC-based TCXO that provides HCMOS output at 38.88 MHz. It is housed in a 0.8 inch square package with maximum height of 0.39 inches and it is ideally suited for digital switching applications.
Features Include:
o Output Frequency at 38.88MHz
o HCMOS output
o 5 volt operation
o < 20mA current draw
o ±0.3 ppm stability from 0 to 70°C
o 10-year aging performance < ±3ppm
o Accuracy is ±4.6ppm for all causes.
