Fox Now Offers New VCTCXO with Increased Frequency Range Up To 312 MHz

Fort Myers, FL, April 2004 - Fox Electronics, America's leading supplier of frequency control products, now offers a new voltage controlled temperature compensated crystal oscillator (VCTCXO) suitable for use with frequencies from 1.5 MHz up to 312.0 MHz, significantly extending the frequency range of Fox's TCXO product line. The new FOX783 VCTCXO is ideal for telecommunications, base station, avionics, satellite, and military applications as well as in test equipment and other high frequency applications.

The new oscillator features a standard frequency stability of ±2.5 PPM over the operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to 185°F) and a frequency tolerance of ±5.0 PPM, with tighter tolerances to ±1.0 PPM available upon request. Storage temperature range is -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to 185°F); pullability is ±7.0 PPM at 1.65 V ±1.0V; and input current is 50 mA.

Pricing for the FOX783 at 212.500 MHz begins at $68 each in quantities of 1,000. Delivery is 8 weeks ARO, depending on frequency.
