VCO: CRO3628A-LF Features Ultra Low Phase Noise



SAN DIEGO, July 18, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. is proud to announce their new RoHS compliant, coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO3628A-LF) in S band (3620-3635 MHz) featuring ultra low phase noise performance of -105dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. This unique design offers a typical tuning sensitivity of 20 MHz/V and covers the bandwidth between 0.5- 4.5 V.

It is designed to guarantee an output power of 4.5±3.5 dBm at 5Vdc supply while drawing 22mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of -40º to 85º C. CRO3628A-LF comes in Z-Comm's industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.22 in. This amazing VCO is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow; this is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
