Calibration Standard operates in low light levels.

Press Release Summary:

OL Series 466 automated, integrating sphere calibration standard performs accurate calibrations of highly sensitive instruments under moderate to extremely low light levels. It consists of optics head, available in 4, 6, 8, 12, and 18 in. diameters, and microprocessor-controlled power supply. Unit serves as large area, uniform, diffusely radiating source with near normal luminance that can be varied over several decades without changing color temperature.

Low Light Level Integrating Sphere Calibration Standard

Optronic Laboratories now offers the OL Series 466, an automated, variable low light level integrating sphere calibration standard capable of performing accurate calibrations of highly sensitive instruments under moderate to extremely low light levels. The OL Series 466 serves as a highly accurate, large area, uniform, diffusely radiating source with a near normal luminance that can be varied over several decades without changing the color temperature. It consists of an optics head, available in 4, 6, 8, 12, and 18-inch diameters, and a microprocessor controlled power supply. Calibration options include luminance, color temperature, and spectral radiance.
