Wall-Mount Swing-Frame Cabinet Suits both Electrical Wiring and 19" Electronic Equipment Applications

January 5, 2005 -- Optima EPS (Tucker, GA) announces the launch of a versatile range of wall-mount swing-frame cabinets, designed to suit both electrical wiring and electronics applications. Locks to the rugged front and rear doors permit the whole frame to swing clear of the wall to simplify installation and maintenance for electrical contractors and manufacturing, instrumentation or automation applications.

Optima's proven expertise in designing rugged but lightweight cabinets ensures maximum payload capability, backed by a wide range of customization options. The frame is designed to accept standard 19" sub-racks and fittings, as well as electrical components, and is available in a range of colors and six standard sizes from 23" x 14" to 48" x 20".

In line with Optima's policy of easy customization, the wall-mount cabinet is available in any color , typically with 5 - 10 days delivery, and can be fitted with a range of door styles including solid and plexi-glass, vented, non-vented and custom drilled/punched. Other options include a range of internal fittings and mounting hardware, cable entry methods and lock types, including electronic locks for maximum security.

As well as the wide range of colors, all cabinets benefit from Optima's contemporary styling and quality surface preparation and finish, suiting them to premium applications, even in tough environments. For example, one of the first deployments will be a multi-million dollar installation in support of a major space exploration program.
