ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 18 -- Interactive Softworks, Inc., a provider of business integration, process management and contact center solutions, recently introduced its business-process management software suite, Metaphor BPM(TM) for Contact Centers, to members of the American Teleservices Association's annual convention and exhibition.

Tom Rocca, former chairman of the ATA and current president of KPI Group, a consultancy that helps contact centers establish best practices around compliance, technology enhancements, and improvements in productivity and other vital call center functions, was impressed with Metaphor BPM's control and flexibility.
