Quadrant Announces a New Line of ASME/API Compliant Ball-Type Gauge Valves
Quadrant is introducing a new line of Ball-Type Gauge Valves that are: seal-welded; ASME B16.34 Class 1500 compliant; API 608 compliant and API 607 4th Edition fire safe. These products are available in WCB carbon steel and CF8M stainless steel, both with standard 316SS trim and 304SS latch-lock handles. Standard construction is male NPT inlet with female NPT outlet, and all wall thicknesses are per ASME B16.34 with inlet male NPT end per Schedule 80 pipe on 1/2" to 1" sizes, and Schedule 160 pipe on 1-1/2" and 2" sizes. 1/2" to 2" sizes are available, and all sizes feature full-port ball bore except 2" size, which is reduced port. All models have (2) 1/2" female NPT gauge ports on the outlet side for gauge or instrument mounting. ISO 5211 actuator mounting pads, PEEK seats and graphite seals are all standard. The new G3 Series is the safest and the only code-compliant gauge valve available today!
