New ICS Stainless Steel Pnuematic Cylinders Ideal for Wash-down Applications
The Rexroth ICS (ISO Clean Stainless) air cylinders are available in 304 stainless steel for demanding wash-down applications, and 316 stainless for extremely demanding wash-down applications.
The new ICS pneumatic cylinders for wash-down applications are hygienically designed with smooth surfaces and no cavities/dead spaces for easy cleanup. Offered in both 316 and 304 stainless steel, they are inherently corrosion resistant. Direct contact with food is not an issue, as the ICS is lubricated with food grade grease (NSF HI). The 304 stainless model is offered as a more economical option than 316, for less stringent material requirements.
The ICS cylinders meet ISO 6431 standards, and have threaded end caps for increased life expectancy and easy repair.
