Certification Letters -- Xactly extends its patent-pending document management workflow capabilities with the addition of certification letters that sales representatives are required to review and sign to ensure that that have no side agreements. The new feature augments a company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives.

Reports Configurability -- Xactly Incent 3.2 enables users to configure the standard reports to provide the sales team with a streamlined user

Data Import and Export -- These features give users the ability to select the best plans -- or plan components -- and move them seamlessly between Xactly Modeling(TM) and Xactly Incent.

Plan Design -- Several major enhancements have been made to plan design including crediting and commissions based on historic order information and calculations enabling companies to easily handle chargebacks.
