An expert in SiC power devices, Dr. Grider will discuss the company’s latest innovations in 3.3kV – 15kV Gen3 SiC MOSFETs, 3.3kV – 10kV SiC junction barrier Schottky (JBS) diodes, 15kV – 20kV SiC n-IGBTs and SiC p-GTOs, and 650V – 10kV SiC power modules.
In addition, Dr. Jeff Barner, manager of foundry services at Wolfspeed, will be at booth #508 during expo hours (12:00 – 8:00pm on Tuesday, March 15, and 9:00am – 4:00pm on Wednesday, March 16) to discuss Wolfspeed’s RF foundry production capacity, MRL8 and Category 1A Trusted Foundry designations, and RF foundry capabilities for myriad device types with attendees.
