Sandvik Coromant Sponsors Bill Miller Engineering at 54th Mac Tools US Nationals
Fair Lawn, New Jersey, October 10, 2008 - Sandvik Coromant recently sponsored the Bill Miller Engineering/Okuma Top Fuel dragster at the 54th Mac Tools US Nationals at O'Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis. Regarded as the Daytona 500 of Top Fuel racing, the US Nationals fielded 16 cars with BME's Troy Buff racing to a 9th place finish.
As part of its sponsorship, Sandvik Coromant invited customers and distributors to attend the event as distinguished guests of Bill Miller Engineering. Attendees were provided with reserved seats to the races and also had the opportunity to stand in the pits and watch the BME crew put the car together before each run.
