Graco Increases Regular Quarterly Dividend by 3 Percent
MINNEAPOLIS -- The Board of Directors of Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 19 cents per common share, an increase of 3 percent, payable on February 4, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 20, 2009. The Company has approximately 59.5 million shares outstanding.
