Manitowoc, WI, July 1, 2020 – Extrutech Plastics, the leader in wall and ceiling panels, has introduced a new, patented EFS-P824-8” concrete wall form panel that is now certified by ICC-ES under report number ESR-4250. This concrete form is stronger and tougher than any of the competitor’s products, yet snap together easily to form a straight, flat wall; perfect for your new car wash, dairy parlor or robotic milk room, food processing plants or even your new home basement. This 8” form can arrive to your jobsite pre-insulated and ready to receive cement, if required. This addition will further enhance our concrete wall form offerings which include our current EFS-P624- 6” concrete wall form, which is also certified under the ESR-4250 report. Extrutech has also added 5 new profiles, for the forms, to make corners and T- Wall intersections easier to assemble and load with rebar. The P645 Angle Form connector for the construction of concrete circular or oval storage tanks, any curved concrete wall or above and below ground swimming pools, and water tanks of all shapes or sizes can be built using these stay-in-place concrete forms.
These new products enhance the already large product offering of Extrutech Plastics for the various construction markets including the Food Processing, Dairy & Agricultural, Car & Truck Wash and Clean Room / Laboratory markets. Our stable of products include the P224 panel which is made for interior partition walls, clean rooms and grow rooms. Also included are the 12”-P1300, 16”-P1600, 24”-P2400, 12”-P3000 wall and ceiling panels, and the CP2400 suspended ceiling panels. These panels are also certified by ICC-ES under report ESR-4583. Extrutech manufactures these clean rooms, partition walls, doors, concrete forms, and various new trims, cellular base trims and boards, to the project specifications. We also offer trims that include a bull nose outside corner, 6” base, 2”x2” and 3”x3” corners, and various other corner trims.
