DYMAX Invited to Present at MD&M East Trade Show Innovation Briefs
DYMAX Corporation, Torrington, CT, has been selected to give a technical presentation at the new Innovation Briefs feature at the MD&M East show at the Jacob Javits Center in NY June 9-11th. The Innovation Briefs Theater will feature technical presentations delivered by industry experts presenting the very latest advanced technology for the design and manufacture of medical devices and finished OEM products.
Kyle Rhodes, DYMAX Medical Market Manager, will present "New Advances in Light-Curable Medical Device Adhesives". Recent advances in adhesives for Medical Device assembly will be explored, including See-Cure Technology, where a light-curable adhesive changes color upon reaching full cure, and how fluorescing adhesives can improve the safety and reliability of manufacturing processes. Mr. Rhodes will also discuss the advances in light-curing equipment, and how LED lamps may yield cooler cures for thermally sensitive plastics. The primary goal is to teach design engineers about the latest advances in light-curable adhesives that may yield a better and more efficient process.
The presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10 at 11:00 AM in booth #2943. The session will last approximately 30 minutes and be followed by a question-and-answer session. The presentation is complimentary and no registration is required. Seating is limited so attendees are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early.
