IndraMotion for Handling is a complete and scalable gantry solution for handling applications. IndraMotion for Handling includes all the necessary hardware and software components with predefined motion function blocks to run pick-and-place and loading/unloading machinery. Powered by Rexroth's ultra-fast IndraControl L40 Motion Logic controller, Cartesian gantries with up to three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and three rotary axes (A, B, C) of motion can be precisely controlled.
HACD-1 is a digital controller card for hydraulic and electro-hydraulic drives that makes it easier to program pressure, flow, and positional functions in many closed loop hydraulic drive applications. It accepts both analog voltage/current and digital SSI or incremental feedback, with algorithms optimized for controlling hydraulic axes. The card is pre-programmed for a variety of servo and proportional valves and includes 32 predefined function blocks to allow sophisticated control. It supports six software-switchable analog inputs, three switchable analog outputs (one switchable), eight programmable digital inputs, and seven configurable digital outputs. The VT-HACD-1 can also be used as a command value generator for processing and scaling signals.
eLINE Ball Rail® System is a cost-effective yet high-performance ball rail solution coupling an aluminum design with roller bearing steel raceways. This allows for low weight, high corrosion resistance, compact design and equal load capacity in all four directions. The eLINE provides new options for OEM machine builders in many industries and is available in sizes 15, 20 and 25 with single piece rail lengths up to 2,000mm. Accuracy classes include N and E, with or without pre-load.
E2C is an easy-to-combine pneumatic solution for multi-axis automation tasks with individual components that can be combined in simple, time-saving assembly steps. This means that the most common applications in assembly technology can now be done with standardized interfaces. Centering elements are used for interlocking mounting while connections for sensors and the air supply are provided at several positions throughout the system, making complicated and expensive connection kits unnecessary. Rexroth has Easy-2-Combine components that can perform linear movements, pneumatically driven rotation movements, as well as gripper functions.
