Tilt Trays are made of ABS plastic.
Replacement Tilt Trays for sorters are thermoformed from 3/8 in. thick ABS plastic, and feature chemically-bonded back lip for additional strength. Weighing 9.2 lbs each, virtually unbreakable tilt trays are available to fit sorters manufactured by Alvey, Buschman, Crissplant, Dematic, HK Systems, Kosan, and Matthews. Trays are drilled to OEM specifications for direct replacement.
