Jun 24, 2009 Designed to fire porcelain, stoneware, china, ceramics, and decals, Caldera XL and Caldera XL-KS pottery kilns are 7½ in. square x 9 in. deep inside and made with 3 in. thick insulating firebricks. Caldera XL comes with digital temperature controller, while switch-operated Caldera XL-KS features Autocone Kiln Sitter. Kilns were designed for testing glazes and glaze application ideas before running production quantities in larger kiln.

Microwave Kiln is designed for glass fusing.

Nov 05, 2008 Operating inside standard microwave oven, Paragon MagicFuse ceramic fiber kiln has 4½ in. dia round firing chamber and reaches glass fusing temperatures in 5-8 min. After kiln is removed from microwave, glass takes about one hour to cool to room temperature. Unit comes with 6½ in. ceramic posts, glass separator, and 15-page instruction manual.

It has digital controller to duplicate firing profile of larger kilns, and is offered with optional 2 x 2 in. high-temperature glass window in top for monitoring glass fusing. Kiln is made of 2½ in. thick insulating firebrick and features dropped, recessed grooves that protect replaceable heating elements.

May 02, 2006 Self-contained, trailer-mounted Mobile Rotary Kiln allows soil at rig sites, fuel dumps, and gas/service stations to be cleaned up efficiently. It operates through max temperature of 2,520°F and can process 10-15 tons/hr. Available in 33 and 48 ft versions, kiln utilizes infrared radiation and can produce cement clinker and various densities of expanded clay. Extreme temperatures enable disposal gasses, residues, and toxins to be eliminated or encapsulated in calcium.
