Configured for most capillary viscometers, Viscosity Baths offer choice of glass or polycarbonate reservoir. Polycarbonate models have 29 L rectangular reservoir with working depth of 11.25 in., square or round viscometer openings, and max working temperature of 85°C. Glass versions, providing working temperature of 135°C, are available with 17 or 27 L round reservoirs, with working depths of 11 and 17 in., respectively. Baths include tap water cooling coil and choice of 4 controller types.

Supporting range of applications, µVISC(TM) (micro VISC) employs VROC® (Viscometer Rheometer on-a-chip) with HC chip that supports testing of viscosity ranges to 20,000 mPas or greater. With Continuous Flow Adapter, SPL-440 high-pressure viscosity sensor can be utilized to understand core rock permeability under dynamic fluid conditions. Researchers can track oil extraction effectiveness in situations of varying reservoir fluid mixtures found in target oil fields.
