May 23, 2011 With Continuous Flow Adapter, SPL-440 high-pressure viscosity sensor can be utilized to understand core rock permeability under dynamic fluid conditions. Researchers can track oil extraction effectiveness in situations of varying reservoir fluid mixtures found in target oil fields. Fluid is directed through adapter's coaxial manifold directly in and out of SPL-440 sensor to analyze viscosity under flow conditions, and then into core sample for permeability analysis.

With cap in place, closed tube can be immersed in temperature bath or used with water jacket for temperature control. Working temperature range is -15 to 100°C.
