Nov 07, 2006 Part No. 17648 consists of female luer lock connected to male luer lock by 6 in. of DEHP-free PVC tubing. With 0.047 in. ID, tubing includes open jaw slide clamp in white HDPE. Copolyester female luer lock connector has wings to facilitate removal of polypropylene, non-vented cap, and ABS male luer lock connector has rotating collar as well as LDPE, twist-off vented cap. Both male and female connectors are bonded directly to tubing. Assembly may be sterilized using gamma radiation.
