Frequencies from 16–40 MHz are AT fundamental with maximum ESR (equivalent series resistance) of 50 ohms, while 40–90 MHz parts are AT third overtone with maximum ESR of 60 ohms. Typical shunt capacitance ranges from 2–4 pF, load capacitance varies from 10–32 pF, and max drive level is rated at 10 µW.

Model 352 VCXO and Model 652 reference clock have choice of two switched outputs and can combine frequencies from 150 to 1,000 MHz. Model 352 VCXO maintains frequency stability of +/-20 ppm while Model 652 clock maintains stability at +/-30 ppm. Both operate in temperatures of -40 to 85 deg C and have typical phase jitter of less than 1 picosec.
