ICP DAS USA Introduces New Seven-Inch Touch Screen HMI Controller
ICP DAS USA introduces TPD-703, a 7-inch touch HMI device designed for building automation, home automation, machine control and much more. The TPD-703 touch screen controller is equipped with a high resolution TFT color touch screen, real time clock, Power-over-Ethernet option, and comes with free HMIWorks Development Tool. This user-friendly tool is programmable in C Language and Ladder Logic development environment. The TPD-703 touch screen controller communicates over RS-485, RS-232, Ethernet, Modbus RTU, and Modbus TCP protocols. The IP40 front panel helps protects it from tools and small wires greater than 1 millimeter so that it is robust to work even in harsh industrial environments.
Building on the success of previous versions Touchpads, the TPD-703 features a bigger TFT color LCD screen with a higher resolution of 800 x 480px, which ensures better user experience and improves operations performance. The new TPD-703 delivers more capabilities in memory as it has a 16 MB SDRAM and 16 MB of flash memory to help improve the overall cost-effectiveness. It supports a wider range of operating temperatures of -10°C ~ +60°C (+14°F ~ +140-°F) to fulfill more customers’ expectations. Unlike the previous versions, the TPD-703 also comes with a speaker, which helps users communicate more effectively and helps reduce operational costs.
