An I.D. clamping end prep tool that features an operating range from 1-1/2" I.D. to 8-5/8" O.D. and can bevel any degree of angle on Super Duplex and other hard alloys is available from ESCO Tool of Medfield, Massachusetts.
The Esco Prepzilla MILLHOG® I.D. Clamping End Prep Tool features one mandrel that handles 1-1/2" I.D. to 8-5/8" O.D. tube and pipe with only eight sets of easily interchangeable clamps. Providing single point attachment, this tool is capable of producing preps on all wall thicknesses at any angle and is ideally suited for Super Duplex stainless steel and other hard alloys.
