Applying up to 200 lbf, Model WT3-200 measures pull-off force of wire and tube terminations. Backlit graphic LCD displays real-time force, peak force, and programmable pass/fail limits. Data can be transferred to PC or other data collector via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, or analog outputs. Able to store 1,000 readings and calculate statistics, tester includes break detection feature that can be configured to automatically output data, store data, and zero display upon sample break.

Wire Terminal Pull Tester
Mark-10 introduces their all new WT3-200 Wire Terminal Pull Tester, presenting a simple and accurate solution for measuring the pull-off force of wire and tube terminations. An ergonomic lever allows for easy application of up to 200 lbF of pull force, and an adjustable wire terminal grip accommodates up to size AWG 3 (0.25 dia.) samples.
A large, backlit graphic LCD displays easy-to-read values, including real-time force, peak force, programmable pass/fail limits, and more. Data can be transferred to a PC or other data collector via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs.
Unique break detection feature can be configured to automatically output data, store data, and zero the display upon sample break, for improved testing efficiency. The tester can store up to 1,000 readings, as well as calculate statistics, with PC output. Password protection protects against unauthorized changes.
The WT3-200 includes Mark-10's MESUR(TM) Lite data collection software and USB cable, for
data tabulation, memory download, and export to Excel.
