Greenray Industries Inc announces the availability of our Model T124 series TCXO. This ultra-low frequency oscillator is available down to 650Hz in a low profile SMT package.
The T124 TCXO series provides a very stable low frequency squarewave output between 650Hz to 1.25MHz, with temperature stabilities down to ±0.3ppM over -40 to +85°C. The T124 is available at 3.3V input voltage with or without Electrical Frequency Control to adjust for long term aging. The extremely rugged AT strip crystal provides superior aging characteristics, with long term aging as good as 3ppM over 15 years.
The small size and low power consumption make the T124 TCXO series ideal for low jitter clocking for mobile RF applications.
