Suited for heat sink and high power applications, one-component product features 0.05% bleed after 24 hr at 200°C, dielectric strength of 210 V/mil, and thermal conductivity of 8 BTU/hr/ft˛/in. It is available in 8 oz jars, 16 oz jars, and quarts.

ONE COMPONENT SILICONE THERMAL GREASE

DESCRIPTION:
50-1220 is a one component thermal grease. This heavy filled Heat Sink Compound promotes high thermal conductivity, low bleed, and high temperature stability. The 50-1220 is engineered for applications requiring fast heat dissipation and electrical insulation. This one part silicone heat sink compound is available in 8 oz jars, 16 oz jars, and quarts. Special syringe packaging is available upon request.
