Rotary/Random Orbital Sanding Head allows user to switch from rotary to random orbital action by pushing one button. Utilizing electric or air powered tool, user operates pad in rotary (cut) mode for initial buffing and removing dust nibs, light scratches, oxidation, and orange peel. Random orbital (polish) mode is suited for buffing surfaces to swirl-free finish free of haze or halo effects. Product is offered in 5/8 in.-11 female thread size to fit buffers up to 3,200 rpm.

New Orbital Head from Dynabrade Offers Both Rotary and Random Orbital Action
Dynabrade, of Clarence, New York is proud to offer a new Rotary/Random Orbital Sanding Head. This new product allows the user to switch from Rotary to Random Orbital Action with the push of a button.
Utilizing either an Electric or Air Powered Tool, the user operates the pad in a Rotary (cut) mode for initial buffing and removing dust nibs, light scratches, oxidation and "orange peel". Then, push the button to switch to the Random Orbital (polish) mode for buffing to a swirl-free finish with no "haze" or "halo" effects.
The Rotary/Random Orbital Sanding Head is offered in a 5/8"-11 female thread size to fit virtually all buffers up to 3,200 RPM. The package includes a 7" diameter hook-face backing pad to accept wool, foam and terry cloth bonnets in diameters of 7" and 8". An 8" diameter Natural Sheepskin Polishing Bonnet is also included. This product is a great time-saver in industries where a final finish is required.
