August 22, 2014 - Designed with CMOS transistor-transistor logic (TTL) drivers, 3 PIN diode switch modules are fully matched internally for 50 Ω input and output. This eliminates need for additional sensitive RF tuning components. Port-to-port isolation is >90 dB at 1–2 GHz, 80 dB at 2–4 GHz, and 75 dB at 6–12 GHz, and insertion loss varies from 1.0–2.5 dB depending on frequency and switching speed performance ranges (35 and 75 nsec). SMA-connectorized casings withstand operating range of -54 to +85°C.
