May 9, 2014 - Using combination of brush roller with silicone/adhesive cleaning rollers, UNITECH UC-250M-CV can clean top surface of printed circuit boards, as well as chip components attached on bottom side. Antistatic bar neutralizes static and prevents dust from collecting on top surface of PCB. In addition to multiple forward and reverse conveyor modes, UC-250M-CV provides multiple auto-passes, ensuring effective micro-dust removal. Operation modes can be selected from touch panel screen.

TORRANCE, CA – Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, announces that it now distributes the UNITECH UC-250M-CV PCB Board Cleaner.

The new UC-250M-CV takes all the features of the UC-250M and adds a dual cleaning feature using a combination of a brush roller with the silicone/adhesive cleaning rollers. The combination dual dust removal system ensures better results than a single brush or adhesive roller system. Like the UC-250M, the UC-250M-CV has the ability to clean the top surface of PCBs, even chip components attached on the bottom side. Additionally, both products feature an antistatic bar (ionizer) to neutralize static and prevent dust from collecting on the top surface of the PCB.

The UC-250M-CV offers multiple forward and reverse conveyor modes, and multiple auto-passes ensure more effective micro-dust removal. Operation modes (turn ON/OFF brush or rollers) can be selected easily from the touch panel screen.
