Modular assembly, installed within minutes, is available in pneumatic and electric types that can punch any size or shape into flexible film. Made of thru-hardened tool steel, compact module comes in 3 standard sizes and can run at speeds up to 200 cuts/min.

AZCO's Punches Make Precise Custom Shapes


Modular Punch Assembly is designed as an add-on or replacement unit for converting lines and web processing. The AZCO punch delivers clean, exact punches to a diverse array of rolled material, including paper, foil, film, plastic sheeting.

The AZCO punch is available in two versatile types, pneumatic and electric, to accommodate a variety of applications. It is compact and easy to bolt making for simple and quick installation within minutes. The sturdy modular design can punch any size or shape into a flexible film. All that is required is connecting the pneumatic air lines to activate the male punching die module. Designed for reliable long-life with thru-harden tool steel, the male and female punch delivers clean and accurate cuts for all types of flexible material. Compact in design, the module comes in three standard sizes. The unit can run at high speeds with operations of 200 cuts per minute. Both standard and special custom punches are available.
