Medical Grade Epoxy Adhesive Meets USP Class VI Requirements
Epoxyset's medical grade adhesive EPOXIBOND 106 is a low viscosity, high strength epoxy adhesive and sealant. This material can cure at room temperature or with heat to reduce cure time. EB-106 meets USP Class VI requirements and is completely biocompatible. With a tensile strength that can reach over 4000psi at room temperature, EB-106 offers amazing bond strength. Serviceable over the wide temperature range of -40°C to 200°C, EB-106 is resistant to severe thermal cycling and many chemicals including water, fuels, oil, and most organic solvents.
EB-106 excels as premixed and frozen syringes known as FREEZE PAKS. Low viscosity and short thaw time make using EB-106 reliable and efficient. Available in 1cc-50cc syringes.
