Allen Introduces the New MSP 450 (Mechanical Super Pro) Riding Trowel

The MSP450 is a totally new manual steering, mechanical-drive riding trowel in the Allen Riding Trowel line-up.  The new patent-pending torque converter clutch system, high horsepower, and low weight-to-horsepower ratio makes the new MSP450 a “torque monster” among four foot diameter mechanical drive riding trowels, providing ample torque for floating with pans as well as high speed for finishing.  The raised operator platform and specially designed manual operating levers make the MSP450 one of the easiest steering manual machines on the market.

MSP 450 standard features include:
• Manual Steering with independent manual pitch controls
• 44 HP Turbo-Charged Kubota diesel engine
• Torque converter clutch system
• Two 46” diameter, 5-blade non-overlapping rotors
• Rotor Speeds up to 180 RPM
• Electric powered spray system for application of retardant
• Lights, 12 volt charger and hour meter
• Flip-up seat and removable screens for superior accessibility to engine, torque convertor and drive-line.

You can see the MSP450 rider as well as the entire Allen product offering in Booth #030628 at World of Concrete, which will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in January 2014.  Allen Engineering will also be exhibiting at the Rental Show (Booth #5973) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando Florida in February 2014 as well as ConExpo (Booth #5024) at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV in March 2014.
