A new development from Royal Products is the Exclusive Royal Roto-Shield, which significantly improves a live center's effective operating life. Royal Roto-Shield Technology consists of two main components.
First, a live center point that is machined from a solid bar and incorporates a specially-shaped coolant slinger and second, an upgraded, long-life, spring-loaded seal that is resistant to abrasion, high temperatures, and virtually all metalworking fluids.
