Featuring two-piece construction with triple-link hinge, hinged shaft collars are available with round-, hex-, square-, and threaded bores. Wrench flats permit leveraged rotation using standard open-end wrench, allowing shaft or pipe to be turned without damage to surface. Offered in steel and stainless steel, product is available in incremental wrench sizes, with 25 bore sizes from 3/8 to 4 in. ID and 16 metric sizes from 6-50 mm, and pipe sizes from 3/8 to 1½ in.

Hinged Shaft Collar New Wrench Flats Simplify Turning
A complete line of hinged shaft collars that has been extended to include a new series with wrench flats to simplify the rotation of shafts and pipes is being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, MA.
Stafford Hinged Shaft Collars feature two-piece construction with a triple-link hinge and are available with round-, hex-, square- and threaded bores. Easy to install in tight spaces, they are now offered with wrench flats to permit leveraged rotation using a standard open-end wrench, making them ideal for turning a shaft or pipe without damaging their surface.
A suitable replacement for pipe wrenches, Stafford Hinged Shaft Collars with wrench flats are available in incremental wrench sizes. The product line comes in 25 bore sizes from 3/8" to 4" I.D. and 16 metric sizes from 6 mm to 50 mm, pipe sizes from 3/8" to 1-½" and is offered in steel and stainless steel.
