After convection oven lowers material viscosity, bench-top system routes material into containers using hydraulic pressure. Achieve High Production Rates with High-Pressure System

Torrington, Connecticut — Tridak has released the Model 2400 high-pressure filling system. The system easily and accurately fills syringes and compules with extremely high-viscosity materials such as dental composites and restoratives. Due to their high “filler” content, these materials can be hard to dispense and can clog typical filling machines. The Model 2400 system uses a convection oven to lower the material’s viscosity and then quickly routes it through the system and into the containers using high hydraulic pressure. This bench-top system achieves high production rates and is very simple to operate.

Tridak fabricates nozzles that precisely match the syringes and compules being filled. The model’s solid-state sensing system simultaneously controls the amount of fill for single or multiple syringes, and up to five compules for maximum filling efficiency. The Model 2400 has a refillable cartridge/piston assembly that holds bulk material, allowing it to be prepared off-line and conveniently stored for future use.
