Compact handheld computer, model N240, features Intel PXA270 624 MHz CPU, 3.5° trans-reflective LCD with touchscreen, keypad, WiFi, and Bluetooth capability. Waterproof, MIL-STD-810F-compliant device also includes 128 Mb SDRA RAM, 128 Mb Flash, and various I/O interfaces. Operating in temperatures from -20 to +60°C, it includes Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 and is powered by universal ac adapter or rechargeable battery. Unit is available in GPS and RFID versions.
