With full differential pressure of 1 bar, valve is available in DN 63-160 mm sizes and offers options such as heating jacket, ports on body, as well as JIS, ASA-LP, CF, and custom flanges.

Series 09.1 SS High Vacuum Gate Valve
During Semicon West, July 11-12th, in San Francisco, VAT introduced the Series 09.1 High Vacuum Gate Valve designed for harsh process environments.
The VAT Series 09.1 Stainless Steel High Vacuum Gate Valve is bellows sealed and features a wedge sealing system [patent pending] developed by VAT. Some features include: no moving parts in the vacuum; no grease in the vacuum area; full differential pressure opening possible (1 bar); main parts contacting the vacuum are made of stainless steel.
The new Series 09.1 High Vacuum Gate Valve is designed with quick and easy cleaning in mind to keep maintenance costs low: no special tools required; smooth surface cleaning; no re-lubrication or readjustments necessary after cleaning.
