"Three for All" Line of Evaporative Cooler Replacement Pumps Now Available from Little Giant

Little Giant Pump Company has introduced a new line of evaporative cooler pumps to replace the company's existing CP Series and many others available in the industry today. Labeled the CPl Series, CP2 Series, and CP3 Series, the new line replaces ten pumps within Little Giant's current line-up, and are for use as replacement units for original equipment in evaporative coolers, displays, laboratories, water transfer and other applications.

Lynn McVay, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Little Giant, said pump selection is now "as easy as 1, 2, 3. Our CP1 Series for CFM's from 5,000 to 7,500; our CP2 Series for CFM's from 7,500 to 15,000; and for CFM's from 15,000 to 21,000 our CP3 Series. With the universal mounting configurations we've developed, all you need to know is the CFM and voltage," McVay added.

The CP1, CP2, and CP3 Series pumps are available in 115 and 230 volts. All are equipped with a mesh screen to prevent debris from entering the pump, low-level pickup, a broad base for increased stability, and a discharge adaptor that locks into the base to prevent slipping during operation. Other features include a heavy duty concentric fan-cooled motor, corrosion-resistant one-piece steel motor shaft, 90° barbed elbow with bleed-off port, moisture-proof windings, and oversized sleeve bearings with a large oil reservoir. All models also have a snap-off volute for easy cleaning, flame-retardant housing, and thermal overload protection.

Tracing its beginnings to 1941, Little Giant's comprehensive line of pumps includes sump, effluent and sewage pumps, condensate pumps, magnetic drive pumps, and utility pumps and pump products, sold through plumbing, HVAC and industrial distribution and other outlets globally.
