Offered in 2-part kits or premixed and frozen syringes, Epoxibond 112LC-1 bonds ceramic, glass, plastic, metal, and other substrates that require heat and chemical resistance. Clear, unfilled, 100% solids epoxy system exhibits tensile strength of 2,200+ psi, has 90+ shore D hardness, and can snap cure at 150°C or higher. With pot life of 6+ hr, halogen-free product can also be used to pot or encapsulate small electronic components as well as seal or coat parts for chemical resistance.

Halogen Free, High Temperature Epoxy Adhesive
Epoxyset's new Halogen Free epoxy adhesive, Epoxibond 112LC-1 is suited for bonding of ceramics, glass, plastics, metals, and other substrates that require high heat and chemical resistance. This clear, unfilled, 100% solids epoxy system is low viscosity and a pot life of greater than 6 hours. EB-112LC-1 can also be used to pot or encapsulate small electronic components as well as seal or coat parts for chemical resistance.
This product exhibits tensile strength of over 2200psi and a shore D hardness of over 90. Able to snap cure at 150C or higher.
EB-112LC-1 is halogen free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and also meets NASA outgassing requirements. Available in 2-part kits or in premixed & frozen syringes.
