Professional Force Gauges Series 7

Mark-10 introduces their all new Series 7 digital force gauges, designed with a number of sophisticated features for the most demanding tension and compression measurement applications up to 500 lbF (2,500 N). The gauges feature ±0.1% accuracy and a blazingly fast, industry-leading sampling rate of 14,000 Hz, producing reliable results for extremely quick-action tests. A range of capacities from 0.12 to 500 lbF (0.5 to 2500 N) is available to address numerous applications in virtually every industry, including medical device, pharmaceutical, packaging, consumer products, automotive, aerospace, and others.

Series 7 gauges feature high speed continuous data capture and storage, with memory for up to 5,000 readings, at an acquisition rate of up to 14,000 Hz — eliminating the need for data acquisition hardware and software.

The gauges also feature a uniquely programmable footswitch command string, break detection, and 1st / 2nd peak detection. For productivity enhancement, the gauges can automatically output data, store data, zero the display, and stop a Mark-10 motorized test stand upon the completion of several event types. A coefficient of friction unit of measurement is provided, as well as a user-defined unit of measurement for special applications.

Series 7 gauges are supplied in a cushioned carrying case with AC adapter, rechargeable battery, set of common attachments, USB cable, resource CD, certificate of calibration, and user's guide. The gauges are compatible with Mark-10 test stands, grips, and software.
