Wet Deburring Station uses wet filtration system to capture potentially combustible filings and dust in air/water mixing zone. By entrapping these particles in water, possible flammability is reduced. After pulling filings and dust through air/water mixing zone, material is disposed of as slurry. Model 64100 (21 x 20 x 36 in.) and Model 64100 (36 x 31 x 45 in.) feature tabletop design and can be placed either on countertop or cart.

Dynabrade's Wet Deburring Stations Entrap Particles in An Air/Water Mixing Zone
Dynabrade's new Wet Deburring Station helps reduce potential flammability of materials in the workplace while grinding.
The Wet Deburring Station offers a wet filtration system to capture potentially combustible filings and dust in an air/water mixing zone. By entrapping these particles in water, the potential flammability is reduced. After pulling the filings and dust through the air/water mixing zone, the material is then easily deposed of as slurry. A hose drain port allows slurry to be conveniently drained with the connection of a standard garden hose.
Two different size Wet Deburring Stations are offered. Model 64100 is 21" wide, 20" deep and 36" high. Model 64300 is 36" wide, 31"deep and 45" high. These unique table-top designs can be placed either on a countertop or a cart for easy transport from one work station to another.
The Wet Deburring Station is ideal for use with an Electric Dual Grinding Wheel Machine (Sold Separately), which attaches to the grated work surface, allowing the particles to efficiently reach the water. A water reservoir and float valve automatically compensates for water evaporation during use. The station also includes a transparent wheel guard, which adjusts vertically to compensate for wheel wear. Made in the U.S.A.
