July 19, 2011 - OEM-compatible for replacement in Amada high-power lasers, Mounted Focusing Lenses consist of stainless steel or aluminum holders with ZnSe CO2 lenses optimized for 10.6 µm and A/R coated to exhibit less than 0.2 total absorption. Units are offered in 1½ and 2 in. diameters with 3½-12 in. focal lengths, and can include plano-convex and meniscus configurations. Lenses are also available without mounts or mounted into customer-supplied lens mounts as required.

CO2 Laser Lens Mounted, Ready to Install


A full line of CO2 laser focusing lenses that can be supplied in mounts as complete assemblies for easy lens replacement in Amada Lasers are being introduced by Laser Research Optics of Providence, Rhode Island.

Laser Research Optics' Mounted Focusing Lenses are OEM compatible for use in Amada high power lasers and are assured to meet pressure requirements. Featuring ZnSe CO2 lenses optimized for 10.6 µm and A/R coated to exhibit <0.2 total absorption, these mounted focusing lens holders are offered in stainless steel and aluminum.

Available in 1-1/2" and 2" dia. sizes with 3-1/2" to 12" focal lengths, Laser Research Optics' Mounted Focusing Lenses can include plano-convex and meniscus configurations. The firm will also supply lenses without mounts or mount lenses into customer supplied focusing lens mounts as required.

Laser Research Optics' Mounted Focusing Lenses are priced according to size, mount type, and quantity. Delivery is from stock and turnaround for customer supplied mounts is typically one week. Price quotations are provided upon request.
