Accommodating web widths from 27.5-55 in. for single roll production of core and coreless products, Model RRW-1400 converts materials such as gift wrap paper, wallpaper, metalized PP film, and PP and PVC film products. Machine can produce finished products with IDs of 2-3 in. and finished product rolls up to 10 in. diameter. With double or triple core feed, differential winding shafts, and shear type in line slitters, machine can be equipped for 2-up or 3-up production.

Elsner Engineering Works, Inc. Announces New Model RRW-1400 Rewinder For High Speed Counter Roll Conversion
For Immediate Release - Elsner Engineering Works, Inc. has recently designed and built a new fully automatic Rewinder for the counter roll industry. The ELSNER (TM) Model RRW-1400 High Speed Counter Roll Rewinder is designed to convert materials such as Gift Wrap Paper, Wallpaper, Metalized PP Film, PP and PVC film products. This latest offering from Elsner accommodates web widths of 27.5" (700mm) to 55" (1400mm) for single roll production of core and coreless products. The machine can be optionally equipped for two-up or three-up production; utilizing double or triple core feed, differential winding shafts and shear type in line slitters.
The machine is designed to produce finished products with inside diameters of 2" (52mm) to 3" (76mm) and finished products rolls up to 10" (254mm) diameter. The Model RRW-1400 is a typical Elsner design featuring easy machine operation, servo-motor motion control and heavy duty construction. Elsner is proud to add this offering to its long list of machines for the converting and packaging industry.
