TLV'S DR20SF New 316L Stainless Steel Construction
TLV CORPORATION is pleased to announce that the high performance, cost effective DR20SF PRV is now available in 316L stainless steel wetted parts. The extremely compact, direct-acting, pressure reducing valve is an excellent choice for pure and clean steam applications. Significant advantages of the DR20SF include:
Suitable For Clean Steam Systems
o Provides superior corrosion resistance through the use of high quality SUS316L stainless steel wetted parts
High Flow Rate/Tight Shutoff
o Class 4 seat leakage rating provides a high flow rate and delivers a tight shutoff.
Superior flow characteristics
o The flow-up design, as well as a flat valve and plug arrangement increase's secondary pressure stability. This enhances the pressure reduction capability to allow the DR20SF to reach a ratio of 30:1, eliminating the need for costly 2 stage pressure reduction.
Excellent Serviceability
o Inline access to internal parts and reusable PTFE gaskets allow valve to be serviced without removing the body from installation.
TLV's DR20SF is available in ½", ¾", and 1" in NPT, and is in stock and ready for delivery.
