Targeted for commercial customers, Model 1132 allows users to integrate 4-20 mA industrial sensors into their projects. Any 4-20mA sensor that does not require more than 15 V and whose capacitive load is equal to or less than 1.5 µF can be used. Output impedance is 1 KW and current consumption is 130 mA in 22 mA loop, 18.4 mA in 4 mA loop, and 1.84 mA at no load. Features include power supply range of 4.75-5.25 Vdc and max output error of ±1.2%.

Phidgets Now Supports the Industrial 4-20mA Sensors
CALGARY, Alberta, - Phidgets Inc. released today the 1132 - 4-20mA Adapter which allows users to integrate 4-20mA industrial sensors into their projects. Any 4-20mA sensor which does not require more than 15V and whose capacitive load is equal to or less than 1.5µF can be used.

Software Environment

Users can write programs in Visual Basic, VB.NET, C#, C/C++, Flash/Flex, Java, Labview, Matlab, ActionScript 3.0, and Cocoa.
Phidgets also provides programming examples for all its products to help programmers write their own programs. The API Libraries as well as the examples and the documentation are available at no charge on Phidgets.com.
