Decatur Mold Completes RJG Certification Programs
RJG Inc. is proud to announce that Decatur Mold Tool & Engineering of North Vernon, Indiana has completed the requirements to become an RJG Certified Mold Builder and RJG Certified Tryout Shop. Certification is obtained through a series of equipment and training requirements that provide a firm understanding of systematic (scientific) molding principles as well as the strategies behind DECOUPLED MOLDINGSM techniques and rigorous mold tryouts. These molding concepts allow mold builders and tryout shops to build a foundation of understanding that enables the molds they build and test to perform at the highest-level possible. This training promotes better communication with the customer during the design process, as well as a means of communication and data interpretation that their customers are familiar with.
From concept to design, Decatur Mold builds and repairs molds in a full range of sizes and complexity and their products are as diverse as their client list. As a certified facility, Decatur Mold has the tools and knowledge to perform Rigorous Mold Tryouts on every mold that ships to a customer. The processes required to produce approved parts during the tryout are fully documented and shipped with the mold, for replication at the Customers facility or other RJG certified facilities.
