Xactly Direct Connector for Siebel CRM On Demand and Xactly Incentive Estimator Provide Seamless Visibility of CRM and Sales Commissions Information
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 12 / -- Oracle OpenWorld 2007 -- Xactly Corporation, (http://www.xactlycorp.com/), the market leader in on-demand sales performance management, today announced its Xactly Direct Connector(TM) for Oracle's Siebel CRM On Demand, delivering integration and secure data sharing with single sign-on between Siebel CRM On Demand and Xactly Incent(TM) for sales compensation management. With this announcement, Xactly is delivering robust incentive compensation estimation capability for a Siebel CRM On Demand sales opportunity. Xactly Incent's patent-pending Incentive Estimator(TM) provides Siebel CRM On Demand customers with the ability to run "what-if" scenarios based on Siebel CRM On Demand opportunities or estimated sales to calculate potential commission and bonus estimates and payments before, during and after a sale.
As a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, Xactly's integration of Xactly Direct Connector for Siebel CRM On Demand has been validated through the Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Partners initiative. As a result, Siebel CRM On Demand customers can leverage Xactly Incent capabilities within their Siebel implementations to help drive more productive and profitable sales behaviors. The new Xactly Direct Connector for Siebel CRM On Demand and the Xactly Incentive Estimator will be demonstrated at Oracle OpenWorld in the Siebel CRM On Demand Pavilion.
While variable sales compensation plans can promote strategic sales behaviors, such plans are optimally effective only when sales reps have real- time visibility into how they are being paid. By combining and integrating the two applications, Xactly will enable a company's sales reps to conveniently access the powerful Incentive Estimator feature of Xactly Incent while still within Siebel CRM On Demand. The rep's individualized compensation plan and incentive calculation rules are imported transparently into Siebel CRM On Demand, allowing the rep to run "what-if" scenarios against live Siebel CRM opportunities of interest to quickly discover how to maximize commissions and other incentive payouts in accord with the strategic compensation plan.
