Vista System International, a fast growing Israel based pioneer and world leader in modular curved frame (MCFT) technology, made a sizable investment with the addition of a new state-of-the-art piece of machinery. Their newly installed Holzma Optimat HPP250 was added to its plastics department to improve production efficiency and was considered a necessity given Vista's ongoing commitment to offering unparalleled service and delivery response to its fast growing customer base. The Vista production staff has been trained extensively to utilize all the capabilities this new machinery has to offer.
The cut-optimized panel saw Optimat HPP250 Cutright (cutting length mm/width 3200mm) is equipped with a CAD control system, a central angular pressure device (pressure-controlled) and no contact measurement system for the program slide. This equipment also includes an option for cut optimization and label printing for a networked production sequence. This is a fast sawing carriage drive system (80m/min) that operates with minimal noise and vibrations.
The Optimat HPP250 is now fully operational. It can cut a stack of panels at a time and offers extremely accurate cuts. The machinery offers numerous benefits for the customers and employees of Vista System.
